Today (24th December) – Christmas Eve! – the Trust is closing for the Christmas holiday.
The Trust would like to say to everyone, happy Christmas and best wishes for 2014.
The image shows the Trust’s Christmas card for 2013. Our Father Christmas is an archaeologist, and he is standing on our replica Roman racing-chariot in one part of the circus centre at Roman Circus House. The skyline shows Roman Circus House and some of our surrounding trees, and the town-centre buildings which we can see from our rear windows: Jumbo the water-tower, the town hall, Trinity church tower and the spire of Lion Walk church.
