Colchester Archaeological Trust is proud to have a highly experienced and skilled fieldwork team, all of whom receive thorough training in both technical aspects and site health and safety.
By operating within a small geographical area, we ensure a deep understanding of the region’s archaeology and remove the need for work away from the office. Our fieldwork teams meet at the office each day and travel to site in company vehicles (for which they are paid), fostering a close-knit, like-minded group that enjoys working and learning together.
