#FindsFriday Platter

For #FindsFriday we are looking at a find that’s still in the ground!

Uncovered a few days ago on one of our sites, we have this! It is difficult to identify finds that are still in situ, but we are thinking this could be a late Iron Age/Roman platter. Possibly a Tierra Negra platter. Either of local make or a Gallo-Belgic import. What do you think?👀

This has been a superstar find on this site, and we can’t wait to get it back into the office! 💪
