#FindsFriday Ginger-beer bottle

Today for #FindsFriday we wanted to showcase something a little bit more modern. 👀

This bottle was found at Barrack Street in Colchester and is a complete ginger-beer bottle. The top is stamped with “NICHOLL & Co COLCHESTER / TRADE MARK” with a shield underneath.

The Charrington Nicholl & Co brewery was founded in 1830 and owned a brewery on East Hill in Colchester from c1851 until 1920!
