Washathon June 2022

Yesterday our excellent #CATvolunteers and Friends of Colchester Archaeological Trust took part in our June ✨Washathon✨ to learn more about the past through the art of finds washing! Although maybe not the most action packed task, the group powered through it and managed to wash a grand total of 91 trays 😮 Some were even lucky enough to have some sparkly Samian in their trays!

Thank you to our superstar pot washers – we can’t wait to have you back 🤓
