Summary
Archaeological monitoring and recording was carried out at Stanway School, Winstree Road, Stanway, Colchester, Essex during groundworks for extensions to the school. Despite being located close to the nationally important Late Iron Age/Roman Gosbecks complex and Stanway
burial site, no significant archaeological remains were recorded.
