Summary
The site is on the eastern side of the former WW2 Wormingford Airfield, and on the site of a WW1 landing strip. An evaluation by 27 trial-trenches revealed only modern material from the construction and demolition of the airfield, and two ditches which may be pre-airfield boundaries.
