About Giovanni:
Born in Naples and from a four-generation baking family, Giovanni is a baking teacher and Bread Ambassador for the Real Bread Campaign. He teaches across Essex, Suffolk and London, sharing his passion for real bread made with traditional methods and natural ingredients.
